Liquid Sun Rayz

SPRAY TANNING

No tanning or oil products will be allowed inside the venue.  Liquid Sun Rayz Comepetition Tanning is the official competition color and tanning company for the show.  Visit their website for the complete package and skin prep information.

Prejudging will not have a posing routine.

MUSIC

Finals: ALL bodybuilding & women’s physique competitors will perform their 60 second posing routine to their music. Competitor will provide a CD with only the song they are using on it (No MP3’s). The music cannot contain any profanity or vulgar words, please review the music carefully as any competitor using inappropriate music will be disqualified.
FIGURE, BIKINI, MENS PHYSIQUE COMPETITORS:
NO MUSIC IS NECESSARY

CROSSOVERS
& POSING

You may now compete / crossover in all divisions that are provided by the Hoosier Flex Championships. 
Mandatory poses will be called for all divisions.

Only competitors are allowed backstage and outside professional photography will not be allowed.

ATTIRE & GUIDELINES

Jewelry can only be worn in the Figure, Bikini, and Women’s Physique divisions. All other divisions cannot wear any jewelry outside of a wedding ring. Thong or T Back suits are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Bikini competitors will have their suit inspected before the show begins. It is strongly recommended that competitors bring a backup suit.  For a full list of rules, please visit the official NPC website.
